The only person you need to tell your side of the story to are the police. Once they arrive stay composed and be honest. Arguing with the other party can only cause more problems; simplify the scenario by keeping your mouth closed.
Don’t forget any detail. Names, addresses, and numbers are very important and need to be written down for your own benefit. File your claim with your company, don’t skip any steps. These tips are crucial and will help you in your scuffle.
